- ➤ A new wine‑forward restaurant and cocktail bar called Savor & Sip will open Aug. 18 at 218 High St. in downtown Hamilton. Owner Jessica Gerke will serve curated wines and cocktails while incorporating non‑GMO, gluten‑free, vegan and vegetarian dishes (the former Ciao Vino has been redesigned to create a warm, artful space). - ➤ Habitat for Humanity of Greater Cincinnati broke ground today at 829 Ludlow in the Jefferson neighborhood, launching the Build Back the Block initiative with seven new affordable homes on one block.
