- ➤ A new wine‑forward restaurant and cocktail bar called Savor & Sip will open Aug. 18 at 218 High St. in downtown Hamilton. Owner Jessica Gerke will serve curated wines and cocktails while incorporating non‑GMO, gluten‑free, vegan and vegetarian dishes (the former Ciao Vino has been redesigned to create a warm, artful space). - ➤ Miami University's Bachelor Hall renovation will house five humanities departments and related programs starting this fall — the two-year, $72M project consolidated space and modernized classrooms to create a new campus hub. Local 12 News

- ➤ Habitat for Humanity of Greater Cincinnati broke ground today at 829 Ludlow in the Jefferson neighborhood, launching the Build Back the Block initiative with seven new affordable homes on one block.
