18 at 218 High St. in downtown Hamilton. Owner Jessica Gerke will serve curated wines and cocktails while incorporating non‑GMO, gluten‑free, vegan and vegetarian dishes (the former Ciao Vino has been redesigned to create a warm, artful space).
