About this event
Join us for a gentle, beginner-friendly Pilates class for all ages led by a certified Mat Pilates instructor while enjoying the therapeutic presence of therapy pups!
If you have a yoga mat, please feel free to bring to class. If not, no problem - we will provide one for your use during the class. During class, we will have therapy dogs present to interact and cuddle with participants.
Want to attend as a volunteer? Please use the link below to sign up and let us know you are attending as a volunteer - no need to participate. We would love to see you and your therapy dog and provide comfort to community members that attend the class.
