CULTURE NEWS

  • Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park announced that its iconic Cincinnati Story sculpture is now in Virginia for restoration, with conservators restoring its original bright colors and protective finish to honor the artist's vision. The piece, which was carefully disassembled for transport, will be reinstalled on International Sculpture Day (April 15).  WVXU

ENVIRONMENT NEWS

  • A young male black bear seen last summer in Greenhills and Springfield Township is now tracked with a GPS collar as part of a statewide effort to monitor recolonization. The Ohio Department of Natural Resources says he may soon settle into winter hibernation + further tagging projects are planned.  WVXU

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • Hamilton is set to replace lead water service lines at about 100 properties in the 45011 and 45015 ZIP codes using a $500,000 grant + a matching city contribution, with notification letters arriving this week to inform customers in sensitive areas.  WCPO
