- ➤ Hamilton’s only all-female American Legion post is seeking a permanent home as Commander Melanie Veal works to boost membership and outreach. It meets on the third Saturday every month — and will temporarily use the Groesbeck Library in January. WCPO
- ➤ Lockland's Valley Interfaith Community Resource Center broke ground on Monday on a $1 million renovation to improve its service area (for food and clothing distribution) and later warehouse (update) to meet rising local demand. Local leaders say the project will help support more residents across several communities. WVXU

- ➤ SencorpWhite relocated its headquarters from Cape Cod to an industrial property on Symmes Road in Hamilton on Dec. 2 + it will create up to 230 jobs over the next seven years with roles averaging $90,000 annually. Local 12 News

- ➤ Bitter cold left roads slick today with subzero wind chills and a low of -1 at CVG + the city activated an extreme winter weather shelter to help residents cope. Travelers should use caution on icy roads. FOX 19 Now
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ In Butler County, overdose deaths have declined in 2025 thanks to expanded Narcan access, with officials reporting 79 suspected fatalities so far & health programs installing Narcan vending machines and offering training to help reverse overdoses. WCPO

- ➤ Bengals head coach Zac Taylor spoke after a 24-0 loss to the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday at Paycor Stadium that ended the team's playoff hopes and dropped Cincinnati to 5-10. The team will now play spoiler in its game against the Miami Dolphins next week (kickoff at 1 p.m.). WLWT
