- ➤ At Operation Pumpkin 2025 in Hamilton, a pumpkin weighing 2,518 pounds broke the Ohio state record and came within 300 pounds of the world record. - ➤ Hamilton County will see its first Wawa when the store opens on Friday, Nov. 7 at 370 Glensprings Dr. in Springdale. The Pennsylvania-based chain plans to open dozens of locations in Ohio over the next five to eight years + already has four stores in the state. FOX 19 Now
- ➤ Wawa will open its first Hamilton County store at 370 Glensprings Drive in Springdale on Nov. 7 during a grand opening event that will include festivities, a ribbon‐cutting ceremony, and announcements of community partnerships— the company also plans to launch its Hoagies for Heroes initiative and create 2,100 new jobs.
