  • Hamilton police are searching for a 14-year-old girl reported missing who was last seen wearing a red Ohio State hoodie and black pants with Jason movie faces and black Crocs with a banana—police suspect an adult may be harboring her and urge anyone with information to call Detective Katherin Johnson at 513 868 5811 ext. 1235.  Journal-News
  • On March 4th, police said that India Kinamore, who was expecting her child, was fatally shot in her home when her unborn child's father—Kayvon Warren—arranged for accomplices to carry out the attack, and Warren remains in custody on a $600,000 bond.  WCPO

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • Hamilton city manager Craig Bucheit said the city will now focus on building affordable homes to restore neighborhoods and support working families after long efforts in the downtown area. Groundbreaking in the Jefferson neighborhood marked the start of a project to build a dozen homes over the next 12 months with partners such as Habitat for Humanity and Hamilton CORE—signaling a new phase in the city's housing push.  Journal-News
