- ➤ Federal agents concluded a nearly two-year investigation that indicted over two dozen individuals—three U.S. citizens and 22 Chinese nationals—and four Chinese companies for shipping drugs mixed with fentanyl to Southwest Ohio, and two local individuals were among those charged. Local 12 News
- ➤ James Phillips, a Mason man charged with transporting explosive materials, reached a plea agreement that waives his right to a grand jury review and will require a future court appearance to finalize his plea while he remains on his own recognizance under strict conditions—ODOT had terminated his employment as a seasonal highway technician after his April arrest.
