  • Ramirez-Hernandez, a 31-year-old immigrant accused of firing a weapon at Sabor Peruano on June 8, was arraigned on six felonious assault charges on Thursday and will remain in jail as ICE retains him until his case is complete—authorities cited significant public safety risks despite a $250,000 bond.  Journal-News

  • West Chester Township officials said they are investigating two cyberattacks in August after some technology was taken offline for safety+ the FBI is assisting while hackers purportedly claimed to have accessed terabytes of data+ those claims remain unverified.  WLWT
  • West Chester Township’s 911 dispatch center is unaffected by the recent cyberattack while other technology systems remain offline for a careful security review—officials said email is still down and urged residents to call or visit township offices.  Journal-News
