- ➤ Dozens of dads attended the annual Daddies Do Hair Too event on August 14 where Hamilton County Job and Family Services led a Fatherhood Collaborative to teach hair techniques for better father–daughter bonding—help with housing, jobs and mental health was also available. WLWT
ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ On Wednesday morning, the Hamilton County coroner identified 33-year-old Tasha Stewart of Cleves as the woman killed in a crash at about 7:30 a.m. on Hamilton-Cleves Road in Whitewater Township—officers responded promptly and closed the road during the investigation. WLWT

- ➤ A woman was shot in the shoulder by the father of her children while picking them up on Kearney Avenue in Hartwell around 10 p.m. Thursday—she drove herself to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center and the suspect was arrested on charges of felonious assault and domestic violence with a court appearance set for 9 a.m. FOX 19 Now

- ➤ Hamilton County’s new lease with the Bengals is in doubt after former Ohio AG Marc Dann found it lacks the required certifications and warned it could be void—county officials say funding will be certified when needed and a public meeting may be held to correct the issue.
