- ➤ Clearcreek Township Police arrested 38-year-old Payton Rasey after a lengthy standoff in a Greater Cincinnati home where he allegedly choked his 79-year-old mother—he faces charges of strangulation, domestic violence and inducing panic. Local 12 News
- ➤ On Saturday at 3:20 p.m. in the 800 block of Montgomery Road in Sycamore Township, a 21-year-old woman allegedly tried to run over the father of her unborn child—then stabbed him with a kitchen knife as a 10-year-old boy in the vehicle sustained minor injuries and was taken to Children's Hospital. - ➤ Ohio’s emergency response system is being upgraded with Next Gen 911 — a new technology that lets dispatchers receive texts, pictures, and videos while pinpointing caller locations to within a few feet. Hamilton County officials say the upgrade, funded by a 60-cent fee on cell phone bills, will create a unified statewide system within five years. Local 12 News
