On Wednesday, a Food Town in Hamilton experienced a shooting when Justin Ytaurte entered the store to demand money, leading to a struggle that left a clerk with a shot arm—witnesses said he fled toward a park with the gun still in hand, and he now faces aggravated robbery and felonious assault charges with a court date set for July 3.
