- ➤ Rodney Hinton’s defense filed a motion at a Hamilton County hearing — asking to remove photos of deputy Larry Henderson from evidence — and Judge Jody Luebbers said the motions were too early — because discovery is not complete — while Hinton, indicted on charges including aggravated murder after his son’s death was ruled justified on May 1, faces a death penalty trial set for Jan. 12 and is held without bond while receiving mental health treatment.
