A redevelopment project for the historic Shuler & Benninghofen Mill in Hamilton received $3.5 million in tax credits and will transform the 132-year-old building into 125 apartments and 7,000 square feet of commercial space.

The developer plans to add over 200 parking spaces and a public park—financing is being secured to start construction this fall.
