  • Communities across Greater Cincinnati will honor fallen service members on Monday with parades and remembrance ceremonies. Hamilton will host the Butler County Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony at 10 a.m. from Monument Avenue—ending at Greenwood Cemetery.  WLWT

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • The Cincinnati Bengals released a letter on May 21 criticizing Hamilton County Prosecutor Connie Pillich for her May 15 public comments about the Paycor Stadium lease negotiations that the team called false—just a month before the key deadline. Pillich said she pushed for new legal counsel to improve communication in the ongoing talks.  FOX 19 Now
  • Hamilton County prosecutor Connie Pillich received a hand-delivered letter from the Bengals that criticized her comments on the slow Paycor Stadium lease talks. Pillich said she won't trade barbs with the team — her focus remains on reaching a deal before the June 30 lease renewal deadline.  WLWT

HEALTH NEWS

  • Officials issued a warning after sewage discharge was seen on the north side of a lake near the Winton Woods campgrounds in Greenhills. Hamilton County Public Health said they are investigating the incident—taking water samples for testing—and advise visitors to avoid contact with the water to reduce the risk of illness.  Local 12 News
