After two decades of planning, the USS Cincinnati memorial built from salvage of a Cold War submarine will be dedicated this weekend at Voice of America MetroPark in West Chester — the public ceremony begins Saturday at 1 p.m. with a flag raising and re-wetting of the vessel.

Weekend anchor Lindsay Stone will leave WLWT-TV when her contract expires May 24.
