- ➤ According to GasBuddy, Ohio gas prices dropped 15.4 cents this week to an average of $4.692 per gallon; local stations in Dayton, Springfield and Butler County offer lower rates, with Sheetz at 7550 Old Troy Pike in Huber Heights priced at $3.992 per gallon. Journal-News

- ➤ More than 300 school districts—including Cincinnati Public Schools—will challenge Ohio's EdChoice voucher program at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the 10th District Court of Appeals in Columbus. The hearing follows a lower court ruling that declared the program unconstitutional. The Enquirer
