Airy Forest Saturday night to remember 18-year-old Ryan Hinton, who was shot by police on May 1 during a stolen-car investigation after an officer said he pointed a gun as he fled—while family members disputed that account and called for an independent investigation. - ➤ Rodney Hinton Jr., 38, stands accused of killing Hamilton County Sheriff’s Deputy Larry Henderson with his car on May 2 near the University campus as part of a death penalty case; prosecutors allege the act was retaliation for the shooting death of his son the day before. He is due in court on Monday, May 12—if convicted, a jury will decide whether to recommend a death sentence in a process that rarely leads to execution in Ohio. WLWT
