On Friday, Hamilton County Sheriff's Office deputy Larry Henderson was fatally struck when 38-year-old Rodney Hinton Jr.—whose son was fatally shot by Cincinnati police the morning before—allegedly rammed his car into him at the Martin Luther King Drive and Burnet Woods Drive intersection near the University, and Hinton is set to enter a plea on Tuesday.
