- ➤ The historic Morgan Township Hall in Okeana will host an open house Tuesday (10 a.m. to 2 p.m.) after being restored from March's flood damage. Community volunteers saved most artifacts during repairs, and another open house is planned for June 13 at the Shandon Strawberry Festival. Local 12 News

- ➤ Gas prices are near $4.30 per gallon nationally as global crude oil costs push up pump prices, accounting for about 51% of the total. Local stations in Butler County reported prices nearing $4 per gallon amid supply shocks from the Iran conflict (which disrupted shipping through Hormuz). Journal-News
