- ➤ Groundwork has started on a new Texas Roadhouse at NW Washington Boulevard and Main Street that will open in September with 348 seats and additional parking — the project will add 25 employees. The former CVS site on High Street is being cleared for a QuikTrip gas station planned as a 4,996-square-foot convenience store with seven double-sided fuel dispensers and 50 parking spots — the project is set to create 20 to 30 new jobs. - ➤ The 20-year-old Mason man, James River Phillips, accused of making and detonating bombs at a sports complex in Lebanon and linked to earlier explosive incidents, returned to federal court Tuesday with his defense attorney Scott Croswell—he is held without bond and faces charges for possessing and using explosive devices.
