- ➤ Researchers from the University of Notre Dame are studying the shelter diversion program at Strategies to End Homelessness in Cincinnati and Hamilton County to measure short- and long-term outcomes for mostly family participants — including employment, education and justice involvement — to provide evidence that service providers can use to improve funding and program design. The study began in November and will continue for at least two years, with a related project using predictive analytics to identify at-risk families set to launch later this year. WVXU
