  • In Union Township, the Yellow Ribbon Support Center is packing 38,500 care packages to support troops overseas with a tribute to Staff Sgt. Matt Maupin. The center will host its annual Let Us Never Forget scholarship dinner on April 11 to honor military families + area soldiers.  WLWT

  • Trenton city officials voted to purchase a baby box for safe, anonymous newborn surrender at Fire Station 51 — 300 N. Miami St. —; the device, made by Safe Haven Baby Boxes, will be installed later, making it Butler County’s second after Hamilton’s installation in November.  Journal-News
