Mike DeWine announced a plan to bring driver's ed back to high schools by providing $20 million this year and $30 million next year to subsidize in-school programs in counties with few or no courses. - ➤ A severe storm unleashed high winds and heavy rain on Sunday across the Tri-State area and left thousands without power. In St Clair Township near Hamilton, high winds damaged mobile homes at Linda Mobile Home Park—six homes were lifted off their foundation while the Red Cross is helping displaced residents as crews work to clear downed trees from roads.
