- ➤ The Army Corps of Engineers is studying faster cleanup at a 14-acre former missile site northwest of Oxford with minor groundwater pollution & mailed surveys asking residents for update preferences until March's end. Cleanup is expected to span about a decade unless new methods are used. WVXU
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Two new I-75 rest stops in Liberty Twp near the Ohio 63 interchange have nearly finished exteriors while crews work on interiors and landscaping. Officials said the updated facilities with expanded truck parking and modern amenities are scheduled to re-open by summer's end — part of a $16 million project. Journal-News

- ➤ The Food Safety and Inspection Service issued a health alert for Costco frozen stuffed pastries that may contain ham and cheese instead of turkey pesto & swiss cheese, and customers who purchased the 25.4-oz boxes packaged on Feb. 18 are advised to return them for a refund. Local 12 News

- ➤ Hamilton will receive a $2.5 million state grant to develop 100 workforce housing units under its Build Back the Block initiative to ease local shortages.
