Good morning, Hamilton.

A 31-year-old man died in a motorcycle crash on Friday night in Butler County when his 2003 Suzuki crossed into the oncoming lane near the intersection of Millville Oxford Road and Reily Millville Rd—he hit a guardrail and was struck by a truck while a blue Honda fled the scene, and deputies suspect speed and alcohol were factors.

Gov. Mike DeWine’s budget includes a proposal to offer $50 million in grants that would help high schools add driver’s ed—these grants would use marijuana tax revenue to support partnerships with independent programs or school-run courses in counties lacking training.
