- ➤ First Financial Bank is nearly finished renovating its 100-year-old headquarters with new elevators, HVAC, preserved ironwork and a restored French wallpaper. - ➤ GoBus will launch a new route in Butler County using BCRTA facilities at Middletown and Oxford. The service will link residents to the airport, University of Cincinnati, Dayton RTA, Yellow Springs and Springfield with fares from $5 to $25. Journal-News

- ➤ Utility companies have raised electric and gas rates after record cold weather, leaving many homes facing higher heating bills. - ➤ Butler Tech has opened a new bioscience wing at its West Chester Twp campus that nearly doubles space to 32,000 sqft — expanding career training for high school and adult healthcare learners. Journal-News
- ➤ Monroe Schools held a forum on Wednesday evening to discuss a $62 million high school project + a new second traffic access road for the current Yankee Road campus. Construction will begin this summer and the new school is set to open in August 2028. Journal-News
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Hamilton County Addiction Response Coalition says local tests detected a new synthetic opioid, Cychlorphine (4 to 10 times more potent than fentanyl), in illicit drug supplies. Health officials are monitoring the trend and warn that while no overdoses have been reported here, it poses a significant risk. WLWT
