ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Great Parks began building a composting facility in Winton Woods to treat manure for a biochar process that will reduce odors and boost compost while Cincinnati Parks will build its biochar facility later this year at Eden Park to support tree planting — both projects aim to improve soil health. - ➤ Local pet owners are urged to check their pet's microchip registration after Save This Life went out of business last January, leaving shelters unable to reunite lost animals with their owners.
