- ➤ CincyCon returns to Butler County Fairgrounds Feb. 27-March 1, where gamers will enjoy board and role-playing games as well as collectibles. - ➤ Lee Corder, a former Butler Tech administrator and food truck owner who served for 18 years, died on Feb. 6 after a battle with stage 4 cancer, and he launched a culinary scholarship that raised over $100,000 & benefits Butler County high school seniors. WLWT
- ➤ Hamilton City Schools will restructure in the upcoming school year to address a $10 million shortfall. The district plans to consolidate schools by closing Fairwood Elementary, cutting 153 positions, and repurposing its building into a centralized pre-school while keeping bus services and class sizes unchanged. - ➤ Hamilton City School District introduced its new therapy dog, Tango, trained in the Paws & Stripes program and funded by a donation from American Legion Post 138; it is the second therapy dog serving students and staff and part of a plan to add therapy dogs to each district building. WLWT
