- ➤ Norwood-based Queen City Angels rebranded as QCA Ventures — their membership jumped to 220 across 25 states in the past decade as they shifted to investing larger amounts in startup companies. Local 12 News
ECONOMY NEWS
- ➤ On Monday, Feb. 2, Hamilton hosted a ribbon-cutting for the Advanced Manufacturing Workforce and Innovation Hub at 101 Knightsbridge Drive; the $31 million project unites Miami University, Butler Tech, OhioMeansJobs Butler County and local officials to boost training and revive a long-unused facility for manufacturing jobs. - ➤ Butler Tech announced a $12.7 million expansion of the Bioscience Center in West Chester Twp that will add five classrooms and two simulation labs to double adult nursing capacity beginning in April to ease the healthcare shortage. Journal-News
