About this event
We live beneath the same sky, sharing a world that is both diverse and deeply interconnected.
Yet in a world increasingly defined by fracture and division, it is easy to lose sight of the
threads that bind us. For this exhibition, our group of seven women artists chose Unity as both
theme and intention: a call to remember what binds us and to honor diversity not as
contradiction, but as the very condition of strength.
Unity is not a concept we invent, but a reality we rediscover. Across cultures, spiritual
traditions, scientific inquiry, and the disciplines of art, a common truth emerges: separation is
often a man-made illusion shaped by perception, while connection forms the underlying
architecture of existence. This awareness invites compassion— not simply as a moral
obligation, but as a natural response to recognizing ourselves within one another.
Art becomes the intentional act of giving form to our search for unity and
interconnectedness, where awareness is translated into objects, environments, and shared
experience. Each work in this exhibition offers a unique perspective on belonging,
interdependence, identity, and hope. Through these personal and collective narratives, Under
This Shared Sky offers an invitation for reflection, curiosity and dialogue. We seek unity not as
uniformity or idealized wholeness, but as a living practice — one sustained by attention,
compassion, and the ongoing, imperfect work of coexistence.
