In the class, join local baker Kate Nycz from North South Baking Co. to learn the process of making focaccia! You'll get hands-on to make some dough, learning tips and secrets from Kate along the way. At the end of class, you'll take your dough with you to let it finish rising and bake it at home.
MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR: Kate Nycz is the baker and owner of North South Baking Co., which is dedicated to local, ethical sourcing of ingredients. She received the Snail of Approval award from Slow Food Cincinnati in 2021 in recognition of her dedication to good, clean, and fair food for all.
