About The Renaissance Orchestra

The Renaissance Orchestra, based in Atlanta, reimagines orchestral music by fusing classical excellence with the energy and influence of Hip-Hop, R&B, gospel, country, and pop. Founded in 2024 and led by Founder and Director Tyrone “OG” Bowie, Music Director Abiye Fubara, Conductor Dionne Davis, and renowned musician William Bilal, the ensemble has quickly become a dynamic force in Atlanta’s cultural landscape. Through innovative collaborations with artists such as Lil Boosie, Zaytoven, Sonny Digital, Fred Hammond, and R&B ONLY, The Renaissance Orchestra is redefining what orchestral music can be, creating bold, immersive performances where classical music truly meets culture.
